## Subscriptions

- **Cancel:** on iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Noor. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Noor.
- **Restore a purchase:** open the Noor Premium screen in the app and tap Restore.
- **Refunds:** refunds are handled by Apple ([reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com)) or Google Play under their policies.

## Prayer times look wrong

Check that your location is correct and choose the calculation method your local mosque uses in the prayer time settings. Different regions follow different methods.
