Delete your account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Noor and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open the Settings tab, then Account.
3. Tap Delete Account, type the confirmation word and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. You will be signed out and can no longer sign in with it.

Can't open the app?

Email noorpraytracker@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email, name and profile photo)
• Your prayer log and prayer stats
• Your fasting log
• Your saved Quran bookmarks
• Your onboarding answers and push notification tokens
• Support requests sent from your account email
• Your Sign in with Apple authorization, if you used it

Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you only used Noor as a guest, nothing is stored on our servers; uninstalling the app removes your data from the device.

What is kept

• Anonymous usage analytics. They are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically after 14 months.
• Crash reports held by Sentry. They are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, which they keep under their own policies for billing and tax purposes.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Noor Premium subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you are not charged again.
