Subscriptions

• Cancel: on iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Noor. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Noor.
• Restore a purchase: open the Noor Premium screen in the app and tap Restore.
• Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play under their policies.

Prayer times look wrong

Check that your location is correct and choose the calculation method your local mosque uses in the prayer time settings. Different regions follow different methods.
